To secure your stay, please follow our simple booking steps:
Book Your Reservation
Select your desired dates and unit, then submit your reservation request.
Receive Confirmation Number
Once your reservation is submitted, you will receive a unique confirmation number.
Confirmation Notification
A confirmation will be sent to you via email and text message with your booking details.
Rental Agreement
Review the rental agreement carefully, then sign and submit to proceed.
Payment
Complete your payment securely after signing the agreement.
Invoice Issued
A detailed invoice/receipt will be issued once payment has been successfully confirmed.
All reservations must be secured with a valid payment method.
Payment terms (deposit or full payment) will be clearly outlined during booking.
Reservations are only considered fully confirmed after payment is received.
Cancel up to 14 days before check-in to receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in are eligible for:
A partial refund, or
Full credit toward a future stay (valid for 12 months)
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are generally non-refundable.
If the unit is successfully rebooked, a refund may be issued minus applicable fees.
In cases of:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Government travel restrictions
We will work with you to provide a fair solution, including:
Rescheduling your stay, or
Issuing a future stay credit
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider
